- I have taken the e-learning course, but my status has not changed.

If you take the course from a mobile device (smartphone or tablet), the status will not change correctly.
Please use a PC and check the following operating environment (OS and browser combination) before using e-learning.

Please note that the OS/browser combination may change from time to time depending on the vendor's support status and other factors. - My e-learning status is “Completed” but I cannot get a certificate.

The decision process for certification is made during the night on the day of completion.
Please check your “Certificate Status” after the next day. - I have newly registered or changed my password, but have not received any e-mail.
